Marty’s background includes a successful 30-year career in the financial services industry as a business owner executive leader and manager. In addition to owning four businesses, Marty’s success includes leading the top producing sales team in his product group for a Fortune 50 company. He is past President of the Southern Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and resides in Colorado Springs, CO.
A practitioner/teacher of IMP for twelve years, Marty specializes in coaching for professional success and personal balance. He focuses on helping individual clients expand their capacity for career and personal achievement, by developing their “personal mastery”. Personal mastery combines tools and techniques that allow an individual to design and create the life they desire and expand their condition in positive ways.
Marty has a BS in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University. He is a Certified IMP Master Trainer and holds a Certified Mortgage Lender (CML) designation. He is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. His multi-disciplinary career and training create a uniquely beneficial coaching experience.
