Greg is a thirty-two year veteran of the mortgage banking industry and a real estate entrepreneur with particular expertise in organizational leadership, sales excellence, start-ups and risk management. He has been a successful senior executive at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Universal Lending Corp. and North American Mortgage Company heading divisions up to 600 people in size. Under Greg’s leadership, his groups produced in excess of 185,000 loans for $43 billion in loan volume since 1993. Greg is past chairman of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and currently serves on its Board of Governors. Additionally, he serves on the boards of RMC Corp., a Colorado Springs real estate developer; and Fountain Valley School of Colorado, his beloved alma mater. Greg discovered IMP 18 years ago when faced with a difficult leadership challenge. Since then, he has invested heavily in the program on behalf of hundreds of employees. Greg continues to practice IMP in all venues of his life, business, philanthropy and family.
