Michael’s 30 year career spans a range of corporate, legal and entrepreneurial roles. As a practitioner of IMP for eleven years, Michael specializes in Operations Management, Management and Leadership Development and Organizational Design. He has designed, developed and delivered leadership seminars for Fortune 100 clients around the world, including Europe, Asia and North America. Michael’s experience includes VP/GM of a publicly traded Systems Integration firm; Associate Counsel for a Washington, DC law firm; COO of a start-up eLearning software company and CEO of several entrepreneurial ventures. He brings a rich diversity of thought, background and experience to every client opportunity.
